Ridge Gourd Recipe

   

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
2 ridge gourd peeled and diced
1 potato peeled and diced
1tsp ginger garlic paste
1 small chopped onion
1/2 tsp red chili powder
pinch turmeric
salt to taste

Preparation
  1. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet and fry onion with ginger garlic paste
  2. Add ridge gourd, potato, red chili power, turmeric and salt
  3. Fry until the vegetables are cooked and have a good aroma
